We are a small family operation on the shore of Songo Pond, in rural western Maine.
Our dogs live in the house with us and our two children, and though this definitely adds to the wear and tear it also adds to our enjoyment and reason for having dogs in the first place.
Our intention is to raise a top quality line of well socialized, friendly dogs that will be true to their natural calling; eager hunters and loyal companions.
Our breeding dogs have Champion, Field Champion and even Hall of Fame backgrounds, from top name local and national pedigrees. We are striving to build on these proven foundations a dog that is truly for the field and family.
Pups and started dogs will be placed in approved homes only, with people we feel can give their new friends an appropriate upbringing.
As these are high energy breeds they need large amounts of exercise and stimulation to be content, you will not be happy with a dog that you leave crated or confined most of the time. These dogs want to be with you and do things for you. If you are not able to provide time and exercise you should look into another breed. Please see our puppy contract for more details.
All pups come with first vaccinations, vet exam, tails and dew claws done, worming and health guarantee. Any shipping or delivery costs to be paid by purchaser.
